Our Mission

Our mission is to provide a software package that makes the home business consultants life easier by providing functionality that will save time and money for the user.  We try to provide this at a reasonable cost, so any consultant no matter how large or small the business can afford this program. 

We are looking to build a library of company product lists and costs structures so we can provide this package to as many users as possible.      

Company Profile

Party Manager Software was started in 2001.  I began designing Party Manager Software only to help my wife with her day to day activities of mailing invitations, adding up sales and completing various small tasks for her business with Home Interiors.  After getting more involved with the program and investing a lot of time adding every new feature she could think of to make her life easier, I began to think that this software may be useful to many other consultants as it offers many generic features that everyone can use.  I wanted to offer it at a small cost, as I know from my wife, that party plan consultants cannot afford a high priced piece of software.  So I packed in all of the necessary features I had created, cleaned out the bugs, and decided to sell it at a reasonable price, $32.95, so that all consultants can afford it (currently on sale for $26.95).   The cost is small compared to other programs offered for the same purposes.  Typically these programs sell for $70+ with limitations and $150 for the more involved programs such as Avon with additional month to month updates which are also charged ~$10/month.  Most of these programs have more features, but features that just slow you down and are not necessary.

Party Manager Software offers many features for people running a small direct-sales home business.  You can track day to day activities including sales, inventory, expenses, mileage and customer information.  In addition, this program allows the user to  report various activities such as weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly sales, expenses, inventory and mileage reports.  This is especially useful for year end tax reporting.  Our goal is to reduce effort for the consultant and give added functionality to make their job easier .

We even offer a service to convert your company price list and return by e-mail a compiled version which can be imported.  This eliminates an enormous amount of data entry effort of the user.  No other software out there will do that for you.  We are NOT, at this time, affiliated with any of the companies that may be in our library of programs.  Although we would welcome any company to see our program and try it out to see if it may fit their business model.
