REQUIREMENT: You need to meet one of the following requirements.

To use this download you must have one of the following:

1. A previous version of Party Manager Software (contains MS Access Runtime).

OR

2. MS Access 2003 or later.

You don't have MS Access or Excel??  No problem, purchase the CD and get everything you need to run the software.

Setup Instructions:

1. Create a directory c:\Program Files\Party_Mgr_Soft_2007

2. Download the file above.  Save the file in the directory...

c:\Program Files\Party_Mgr_Soft_2007

3. Open the NEW file.  To locate the file, navigate to the directory c:\Program Files\Party_Mgr_Soft_2007.

4. You're finished. 

If you are upgrading or updating your software continue with these instructions...

5. When the program prompts you to upgrade click YES.

6. Enter the entire file path to the old Party Manager Software file.  The extension is .mde.

Sample file path ----->   c:\Program Files\Party_Mgr_Soft_2006\Party_Mgr_Soft_2006.mde

7. Party Manager Software will pull your old data into the new version.

8. You're finished.  Continue to use the program as needed. 

Setup Instructions for the HELP.zip file:

1. Save the Help.zip file in the directory...

c:\Program Files\Party_Mgr_Soft_2007

2. Uncompress/unzip the zipped file by double clicking on the file Help.zip and following the instructions.  Be sure you unzip the file in the directory c:\Program Files\Party_Mgr_Soft_2007.

3. You're finished.  Now when you use the help links for help from Party Manager Software they will open an .rtf file with instructions on how to use the software.

Troubleshooting:

1. Be sure the help files reside in the same directory as the Party_Mgr_Soft_2007_FIX.mde file.  Search for the file Party_Mgr_Soft_2007_FIX.mde to view its directory.
