2. What does Party Manager Software cost?
$19.95 - Pays for the Party Manager Software with a blank Products table. $ 4.25 - Shipping and Handling on ALL orders. $ 7.00 - Your company price list created so that it can be imported. This includes the Item Number, Description, Retail Price, Wholesale Price and other information. $10.00 - Each additional copy if you are using Party Manager Software for more than one business. See below about using Party Manager Software for more then one business.

Other programs sell for much more and often have maintenance fees involved or they may limit your access if you don’t pay the full price for the software. Party Manager Software is a one time affordable charge of $19.95 + S&H (+ $7 Price List OPTIONAL) and there are NO LIMITS to your use.
3. How long does it take to receive my program?
Party Manager Software CD's are burned on a weekly basis based on order flow. I e-mail everyone the day I ship your CD. Form that day, allow the following time for delivery...
Eastern US - 3-5 days Mid-West, Southern US - 4-10 days Western US - 8-14 days
Shipping can take longer during holiday periods, especially Christmas.
You do NOT need Microsoft Access or Excel to run Party Manager Software. The software already packages everything you'll need to run.
5. What is the Activation Code?
The Activation Code a registration system. Registration is required for a few reasons.
1. Registration is needed before answering technical help questions. 2. Registration allows you to pass the CD to others for a trial period so they can evaluate the software. After an evaluation, they can ask for the Activation Code. If they purchase the Activation Code, I will send you $5 for the referral. 3. Registration prevents unauthorized usage of the software.

7. How do I order a new Price List?
1. If you already have the software, all you need to do is press the "1 Order New Price List" then "E-Mail" buttons. In the resulting e-mail let me know which company price list you are seeking. 2. Then go to www.PayPal.com and place your order for the Price List. The cost is $7 and can be paid to the e-mail address kkapush@partymanagersoftware.com.
If you do not have the Price List for your company, send a request to kapush@yahoo.com and be sure to mention the company price list you are looking for.
8. How do I get a Price List to import for my company?
Price lists can take many forms and can be found in different ways. What I need is something that can be electronically cut & pasted. The information I cam looking for is...
Item Number Description Retail Price WholeSale Price and a few other loose ends that I clean up during the creation process.
Typically price lists are found as Price Lists, Order Forms and Order Recap Sheets found on the company web-site of your company. They can also be acquired through ordering screens by cutting and pasting the information into Excel OR Word documents.
The formats of a price list can vary. Typical formats are .pdf, .xls, .doc and .txt.
9. How do I import a price list?
Follow the loading instructions below to import your price list. It's easy to import. Try not to make it harder than it is...You'll see below. Follow these instructions after you have already requested a price list and it has arrived in your e-mail.
1. Right
click on the file attached. Click "Save As". DO NOT RENAME THE FILE.
10. What is the Referral program?
I offer $5 for every referral that ends in a sale of Party Manager Software. The buyer or you MUST tell me the information, or I will not be able to find the referrer.

11. Do you have a demo version of Party Manager Software?
Due to the already low cost, $19.95 + S&H, I do not offer such a demo. It's too large to download and I would need to send CD's to everyone that wanted a demo which is not cost effective.
If you know someone that owns my software, you can get a copy and load the software on your own machine. I use an Activation Code system that generates a new Software Code every time the software is loaded. After a trial period of use, the software will prompt you for an Activation Code. When you request the Activation Code, you would be charged.
12. Can this software handle more than one business?
YES!! You will need to load Party Manager Software twice. After the
first time, you need to rename the Party_Mgr_Soft_2005.mde file and then
proceed to load the software
13. Difference between Generic and Price List version? NOTHING!
There is no difference between the Generic Version and the Version that uses a Price List. The Price List is simply a service to save you data entry time. The Software is exactly the same and you have the ability to enter, delete and edit your own Price List in the Generic version.
