The Guests list is used to store information about your customers. 

 Note: Be careful not to enter the same name twice because it will result in database management problems later.

• See who is on your mailing list by using the Mailing List button.  Then print a hard copy of your list for reference.
• Create multiple names using similar City, State, Zip and Area Code to reduce data entry time.
• Search for names in your database typing the Last Name first with the drop-down menu at the top of the form.
• Print reports with all of the names in your database for reference.
• Track customers’ favorite colors, favorite merchandise and other key consumer data using the data entry form.

How to Use This Form

To Enter an Customer Name:

• Press the Add New or Add New Guest w/ Info button.

Warning: Failure to hit the Add New button will result in overwriting the current name in the database.

• Add the guest information.  The First Name is all that is required to create a new guest in the database.  The remainder of the information can be filled in as desired to track your customer.

Using the Add New Guest w/ Info Button:

This button was added to ease the burden of entering similar data many times.  Many time when information is entered the City, State, Zip and Phone Number remain exactly or almost exact from one guest to the next.  Using the Add New Guest w/ Info button, data entry can be made easier, as it copies the City, State, Zip and Phone Number minus the last 4 digits from the guests name that was active when it was pressed.
