How to Use This Form

Labels to Buy:

Labels used are 1" x 1-5/8" - 30 labels per page in 10 rows with 3 labels on each row.  Avery 8160 is one example.  There are many label sheets that meet this size and are available in most office supply stores.

Using the Label Saver Dialog Box:

  1. Simply count the number of empty or used spaces on the label sheet.

  2. Place labels sheet in printer.  Be sure of the orientation of the label sheet.

  3. Print your desired labels and the Label Saver Dialog box appears.  It appears before labels are printed every time.

  4. Enter the number of used labels in the Label Saver Dialog box and press OK.

  5. Labels print with the number of used labels skipped and printing starting on the next available label.
